A Greek Baptism in October, Piscataway Monroe NJ Event Baptism Photographer

Having photographed a baptism for this family before, I knew what to expect.  Hugs and kisses are a given, and then there is love – everywhere.  With fun and laughter only a step behind.

I have said many times before that even though I’m not Greek, I love the ceremony that comes with a baptism in the Greek Orthodox Church.  And I’m sure this comes through in how I photograph it too.  It is an absolutely meaningful and beautiful service.

This little guy didn’t like getting dunked quite as much as big brother.  It is a hard life when you are 8 months old and not feeling well.  But there were still smiles, even if there were cries.  The reception at the Forsgate Country Club in Monroe NJ did a great job but the details and décor from this momma were simply outstanding.  What an amazing event.
