As a photographer, I adore capturing life at all stages. But babies…well babies are wonderful, and I love getting my baby fix every time a newborn client calls me and says, ‘she’s here!!’. Most newborn photographers require that babies be within 2 weeks old in order to photograph them. And yes, there are definitely reasons, including safety reasons, why a baby should be within 10 days old for traditional newborn photography. But you know what? Life happens…you think you have all your ducks in a row before Baby but she has other plans. Luckily, I’m a lifestyle photographer who can adapt and roll with whatever plans Baby has in store for me. And for this one month old beauty, Mom and Dad and I made a morning of it, just loving on her until she fell fast asleep. This little one is one of my ‘Grow with Me’ babies, so I’m thrilled to be seeing more of her this year! Thankfully, spring is thinking about visiting soon. I absolutely love anytime I can get outside with the babies. Combine the gorgeous light with this family, and I was doing cartwheels…in my head of course 😉
We moved inside and Mom and Dad took care of getting this beauty ready!
I love being able to capture both Mom and Dad with the baby…these are some of my favorite moments because they are so special to everyone, especially that baby when she gets older!
