October was a fun month. We did a maze of terror at a local farm. It was supposed to be a child’s version where you bring flashlights and look for clues at night. I’m ashamed to say we had to cheat! The maze was too hard for us :p
Halloween was a bit different from past years as we had Bat Girl as well as Marshall from Paw Patrol representing this year. It was a welcome change from the cat costume. A little variety.
Fall was really unseasonably warm for us. I was really busy with the height of the season for family portraits. One day after school I decided to take the Christmas card picture. It was mid-70’s and the light was that gorgeous late fall afternoon light. We were only out in the field for 15 minutes or so and I was only aiming for one good picture. {A} is 4.5 years old now, so he kind of got it this time. I was so happy to get more than 1 good one, and I adore the outtakes that I’ve included here too.
