In keeping with the New Year’s resolution that I made for creating some video for my kids, I’m excited to keep going for end of January/beginning of February with a sledding video from the first real snow of the year. I was so excited to get both kids in this one. A few things I learned from doing this video:
- My kids are freaking ninjas and move at the speed of light so manual focusing during video is a crazy pipe dream.
- Mixing cameras creates different aspect ratios for video that isn’t a big deal but being a type A personality I notice it.
- I don’t like my own voice but will continue to get in the videos somehow to leave my imprint for my kids.
- I’m loving this project.
