1 snap a day│Day 26│project 365│NJ Family, Child, and Newborn Photographer
Day 26
{anticipation}
I remember being a little girl in Chicago and chomping at the bit to go out in the snow. My brother and I would sit on the toboggan and beg my parents to pull us around in it, since there was no hill. I am so sorry Mom and Dad. Its back breaking. So now you are sweating your a– off at the same time as the wind is whipping said sweat off your face.
Well, my little girl at home is eager to go play in the snowfall from yesterday. This is how she kept waiting for it. She kept telling me, ‘there will be enough to go sledding. There will be enough to build a snowman. There will be enough.’
There will definitely be enough to get her outside and see her smile and laugh as she stomps around in it. As for sledding and snowman, hmmmm. We barely got an inch out there…
Here are the details for this one: f2.2, 250sec, 800ISO, window light
Want to join me? This is a great way to not only document your family, and your life…but also to get creative and take better pictures. I resolve this year to be more present, in the moment, and grateful for what I have. And take better care of myself. Come on, what do you have do lose?
