Jake is a Grow with Me baby and I have absolutely loved spending this year capturing his milestones. When the time came for his one year photo shoot, it was bittersweet! We were blessed with an amazing fall day however, and I was so happy to be able to capture his smiles as we played outside with Mom and Dad.
