It is always a joy to capture this family, which I have done so many, many times over the years. The latest is Mr. J, who was called to the Torah last weekend as a bar mitzvah. What a joyous celebration with family who lives near and far to join in honoring Jonah.
We started off at The Jewish Center with portraits in the sanctuary. Then, we partied hard at the Boathouse in Mercer County Park, which was transformed to the J Club. Sonny, Dylan and Xplosive entertainment brought the tunes and by the end of the night we were all glowed up and dancing in the black lights.
I have to tell you, I don’t meet very many super smiley 13 year olds. Jonah smiles all the time, he was so excited for this day. He truly danced and partied like no one was watching, and it was a joy to see.
