Early spring is traditionally not popular for outdoor portraits because, well the temperatures are still a bit chilly and the scenery still looks a bit dead. BUT, we were blessed with an unseasonably warm afternoon for this family to snap a few formal portraits (wanted as a gift for family). So what to do with scenery that looks overall, not ‘scenic’? Find the pockets of light and areas of evergreen and make some magic happen.
Client was thrilled and I loved being out for one of my first outdoor sessions of the season.
